Mt Taranaki (Mt Egmont).

This series of 15 photographs are the result of a day trip around Mt Taranaki - see the map. Mt Taranaki was named Mt Egmont, but more recently is known by the Maori name of Taranaki. The round trip starts from the city of New Plymouth, and continues in a clockwise direction around the mountain and back to New Plymouth.
